Community Rules 2026-01: Common Area Usage Guidelines: May 6, 2026
Policy Statement: The Board adopts the ESM Common Area Usage Guidelines to promote respectful, safe, and coordinated use of shared community spaces, including reservations, events, pool use, and common facilities. Policy Statement: If a Board member vacancy occurs more than six months after the most recent Board election, the Board will hold a special election to find a replacement. If under six months has elapsed from the last Board election, the new Board Member will be appointed using a "next highest vote garnered" principle from the previous election list.Background: Carlos Sansaloni joined the Board following Jamei’s resignation. The April board meeting focused on HOA finances, infrastructure needs, and improving community communication.
